Do you ship internationally?
Depending on item, we may be able to ship internationally, but depending on what it is we will have to check that this is an option. Please check with us first.
How long does shipping take?
When sending items out, we intend to ship items out withing 48 hours of funds clearing. We send all our items via my hermes and signed for so you can pick up your item at your convienience if you miss the delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?
We do accept returns withing 28 days of delivery providing that the item is in the same condition as when it was sold. Return delivery cost is paid by the buyer
Do you refund?
Yes, we do accept that a product may not be perfect, however there will be a re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, and items must be in condition as per the retuns policy.
